By accessing or using CogniTwin (“the Platform”), operated by CogniTwin Education (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
CogniTwin is an adaptive AI-powered learning platform designed for JEE Main and JEE Advanced preparation. The Platform provides:
CogniTwin is a supplementary learning tool and does not guarantee any specific exam results, scores, or admission outcomes.
3.1 Registration: You must provide a valid email address and accurate personal information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 One Account Per Student: Each student may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the system is prohibited.
3.3 Account Security: You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@cognitwinedu.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3.4 Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse Platform resources.
4.1 Platform Content: All questions, explanations, algorithms, UI design, branding, and educational content on CogniTwin are the intellectual property of CogniTwin Education. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
4.2 No Redistribution: You may not copy, screenshot for redistribution, download, or share questions, solutions, or analytical reports from the Platform with any third party, competing platform, or coaching institute.
4.3 User Content: Rough work, feedback, and other content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our AI systems and educational outcomes.

CogniTwin uses artificial intelligence to generate questions, explanations, and analytical reports. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. All questions undergo verification, but we recommend cross-referencing critical concepts with standard textbooks (e.g., H.C. Verma, Irodov, NCERT). CogniTwin is not liable for decisions made based solely on AI-generated content.
7.1 Uptime: We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, server updates, and unforeseen outages may temporarily affect access.
7.2 Changes: We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.
7.3 Terms Updates: We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
CogniTwin Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the services in the preceding 12 months. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of CogniTwin shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We encourage users to first contact us at support@cognitwinedu.com to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal remedies.
